Rhythm

Three soft steps

Same calm pattern for every GoldN at-home test.

  • Before you begin

Read the insert. Check the expiration date. Give yourself a quiet moment. Have a flat surface and a way to track time if the insert asks for it.

  • During the test

Follow the insert step by step. Do not invent timing, thresholds, or reading rules. If the control indicator does not appear as described, treat the result as invalid and use a new test if the insert says to.

  • After you read a result

A home result is information for you — not a diagnosis. If you have symptoms, questions, or want next steps, talk with a healthcare provider.

Limits

What this page does not do

It does not state accuracy percentages, detection thresholds, or medical conclusions. Those belong on the insert and in clinical care. It does not diagnose infection, menopause, infertility, or any condition.
