GoldN Returns & Refund Policy

Effective September 8, 2026

This policy covers GoldN products purchased directly from areyougoldn.com, including at-home tests (such as vaginal pH and FSH tests) and prenatal / supplement products (such as GoldN Prenatal with CoQ10). GoldN is a brand of NOVODX Corporation.

1. Eligibility (30 days)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if all of the following are true:

  • The item was purchased directly from areyougoldn.com (not a third-party seller or marketplace reseller).
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is in resalable condition (no damage, tampering, or missing components).

This 30-day unopened/unused standard applies to both at-home tests and sealed prenatal / supplement products.

2. Not eligible

  • Opened or used tests or supplements (hygiene and safety).
  • Items missing parts, packaging, or inserts.
  • Purchases from third-party sellers or distributors.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us for a Return Authorization. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate after we confirm the issue. Do not discard the item until support advises you.

4. How to return

  1. Email info@novo-dx.com or call +1 (561) 826-4881 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to:

Once we receive the return and verify eligibility, we will process your refund or replacement.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Outbound shipping costs are usually non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • A restocking fee may apply only when a return does not meet the eligibility criteria above.

6. State law

If your state provides additional consumer rights for returns or refunds, those rights will be honored as required by law.
